Rhoden Group was founded by Lester Rhoden Jr. following his early career working within UK local government. During this time, he saw first-hand the pressures public sector organisations face when delivering services in complex, highly scrutinised environments. Too often, external vendors prioritised commercial gain over long-term impact, leaving public bodies with solutions that failed to account for operational reality or citizen need.

Through conversations with colleagues across government, a consistent theme emerged: the need for partners who genuinely understand public accountability, delivery constraints, and the responsibility that comes with spending public money. Rhoden Group was created to meet that need, as a streamlined, efficient partner focused on delivering practical solutions that create real value for institutions and the people they serve.

Since its founding, Rhoden Group has focused on building the foundations required for long-term success in government contracting. This has meant developing a clear and disciplined service framework, strengthening delivery governance, and building trusted relationships across public sector environments.
